Sorry to break it to you, but this is going to require a vacation. Pack your car and head to the wilderness. Go somewhere the cell service is dodgy (at best). Keep your phone locked away in the glovebox. Stay as long as you’re able. Ahhhh, that’s better.
Baby, it’s cold outside, but don’t let that stop you from getting out for a brisk walk. There are significant mental and physical health benefits to being outdoors that you just can’t get from a treadmill or the gym. Here are some of our favorites...
Happy almost winter. Remember that feeling, after a snow day, when you arrive home, muscles pleasingly tired, belly ravenously hungry, body in need of a soak in warm water, and mind ready to rest beside a roaring fire? To us, this anticipatory moment (almost) matches the one just before taking the first powder run of the season. And then there’s the gear.

To us, there are several non-negotiable factors that must be present in order for a product to be considered “clean.” First, it must be made without chemicals shown or suspected to harm human health, especially synthetic ingredients (including synthetic fragrance). Second, it must be cruelty-free. Third, ingredients must be sourced with respect for people, planet, and purity. Ideally it will also be plastic-free, gluten-free, organic, and vegan. All of our products fit into these categories.
Raise your hand if upping your mental health game is more relevant than ever. It’s been a crazy year, and those of us who are used to shaking off stress with a far-flung getaway or frequent social gatherings have definitely been required to adapt. Putting down our devices and spending time outdoors has never been more important for remaining happy, healthy, and grounded. Forest Bathing and Earthing are great ways to enlist nature to boost your psychological well-being.
