Toothpaste Tabs: Place tablet in mouth and bite to break up and activate with wet toothbrush. Allow to foam in mouth and brush teeth for up to two minutes. Rinse mouth with water or mouthwash, if desired. Use twice daily. Use only as directed. Keep away from pets.
Bamboo Toothbrush: Add water to bristles and use with toothpaste (recommended for use with Alpine Provisions toothpaste). Brush teeth and gums for two minutes. Store toothbrush in accompanying case when not in use. Recommended to replace toothbrush after three months of use. Recommended for adult use.
Vegan Floss: Pull desired strand of floss out through top of cap and tear. Wrap strand of floss around forefingers and gently glide in an up and down motion between teeth and around gums. Recommended for use once daily.
Tongue Scraper: After brushing and flossing, open mouth and place the center of the tongue scraper on the furthest point on the back of the tongue. Gently press against tongue and pull the scraper forward to the front tip of the tongue. Rinse with warm water after first application, and repeat as desired. Wash with mild dish soap after use, and store in cloth carrying case.
