If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Every purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee, and return shipping within the US is on us.
Eligibility for returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Products should be unused and in their original packaging.
Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
Gift cards and final-sale items can’t be returned.
How to start a return
Email concierge@alpineprovisionsco.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll email you to confirm.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to a fault on our end.
Exchanges
Want a different scent or size? Email us and we’ll confirm availability.
Your exchange ships as soon as the original item reaches us.
Damaged or defective items
Send a photo of the issue to concierge@alpineprovisionsco.com and we’ll take care of it right away.
